What was Israel doing to dishonor God? v7-14
They were no longer giving what God requires, what he is worthy of, what he has explicitly and clearly laid out for us: our best! How evil it is to bring the dregs, things you don't even count worthy of an earthly master or father.
We ought to be making Spiritual Sacrifices that are acceptable to God through Jesus as responses to his great sacrifice on the cross, willing to go outside the camp and be shamed with our master as we do good and proclaim his word along with him.
God asks us to test him by giving our best, more than we feel we have, and he will open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing for us until it overflows! Do we believe him?
